In order to make a reservation please fill in as many of the details as possible in the booking form. Once we have received your information one of our agents will contact you in order to confirm the details of your booking, confirm the costing and take the deposit payment, alternatively payment can be made by a direct wire transfer. Once the deposit has been taken and confirmed a reservation receipt will be e-mailed to you. Full payment will be required prior to arrival at Phulay Heights according to the
terms and conditions.
The minimum reservation period is 3 nights.
The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the rental/accommodation once this has been received, confirmation will be sent. Until the deposit confirmation is e-mailed no booking can be confirmed and no contract exists until confirmation is sent. In the event that a deposit is received but the villa type is already reserved we will offer an alternative, if this is unacceptable we will refund the deposit. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to check in, if the booking is made less than 30 days before check in, then the full payment is required within 5 working days of the reservation confirmation being sent. If the reservation is made less than 5 working days before check in then full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.
Cancellations must be received in writing as an e-mail and the cancellation will be effective from the time the e-mail is received. Cancellation charges are as below:
•If received more then 3 months before check in then a 90% refund will be made.
•If received less than 3 months prior to check in but more than 30 days before check in then a 50% refund will be made.
•If received less than 30 days before check in then all payments are forfeited. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.
All refunds will be made to the original credit card or account from which the payment was received.

Check out is 12 o'clock, if a late check out is required then this can be organized with the reception on site. Check in time is normally 3pm, if an earlier check in is required please inform us when booking.
Vacation Rentals Thailand is a company set up by Emerald Land Thailand. Emerald Land Thailand is a property developer based in Thailand and is responsible for the planning sales and construction of Phulay Heights.
Consolidated Lease Management a Hong Kong based investment company will be happy to confirm the legitimacy of Vacation Rentals Thailand as will Emerald Land Thailand and the Phulay Heights Development.
Each villa has a Wi-Fi connection, outside of Phulay Heights there are a number of internet cafes as well as internet access being available from the surrounding five star hotels.
It is not advisable to drink any unfiltered or untreated water in Thailand. Bottled water is widely available at low prices throughout Thailand and is available in the villas.
The easiest way to get to Krabi is by air arriving at Krabi International airport. Phulay Heights can also organize a pick up from Phuket International Airport, costs can be found in the booking form section of the website. Phulay Heights will arrange pick up from the airport or will provide you with directions to the site by fax or e-mail. We can also organize for you to pick up your rental car from either Phuket or Krabi international airports.
There are basic medical facilities available in Ao Nang and Krabi town, for serious cases an emergency helicopter evacuation can be ordered from Phuket international hospital where they speak 6 foreign languages including English, German, Scandinavian, French, Japanese, and Filipino.
Whilst most car rental companies will allow drivers to hire a car with only their domestic driving license, it is recommended (and the law in Thailand) that an international driving license is also required.
There are a number of car rental companies in Krabi and Budget, National and Avis car rental companies are all available at Krabi international airport. It is possible to rent a car from the Ao Nang beach front but the reliability and insurance of the cars is unpredictable. Phulay Heights is able to rent a vehicle for you with or without driver, full details are available at the reception.
Electrical voltage in Krabi is 220v, and power outlets are 2-pin sockets. European adapters are available at supermarkets, airports or other shops, Phulay Heights can also supply 3 pin adaptors but we recommend bringing your own if coming from the UK.
We recommend consulting a travel physician before visiting any foreign country so that they can advise you on your own personal situation. In general, no vaccinations are required for visiting Thailand.
There is no malaria in Krabi and most of Thailand with the exception of some of the borders regions. It is recommended that you take protection against mosquito and insect bites particularly in the early evening and at night when they are most active.
EU citizens, Australian and North American citizens can get a 30 day tourist visa on arrival in Thailand.
